He especially researches 4D people, dreamers, discovers, and dynamos who dance with the field, putting reason and logic to work for love, living the 4th dimension.

Carl E. Boyens, MA, LCPC
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling degree from Olivet Nazarene University. Through Olivet’s program I discovered ways to integrate my strong Christian faith with the principles of counseling.

Clients who come to counseling have issues in their lives and my goal is to assist them in resolving their issues rather than adding to them. To this end my focus is on helping clients to explore, examine, and challenge their choices, decisions, and behaviors rather than judging or criticizing them.

I have counseling experience with diverse populations: age, race, gender, religion, and sexual orientation. Therefore my commitment to all clients is that once they enter the counseling office they will experience an unbiased, nonjudgmental, and caring therapeutic environment where they are free to express their deepest thoughts and feelings.

Heather Cody, MA, LPC
"Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word happy would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness. It is far better take things as they come along with patience and equanimity." ~ Carl Jung

I am a true believer that there is a time in everyone's life where we can all use some guidance and support. That is why I have become a Licensed Professional Counselor with a concentration in children, adolescents and families. I am currently working towards my RPT (Registered Play Therapist) and my CST (Clinical Sandplay Therapist) credentials. I love to work with people from all walks of life and tailoring the counseling session to each individual's needs.

Philip Kirk, MA, LCPC
We are regularly faced as individuals with life events and challenges which can be very stressful in nature, and with which, we can experience significant difficulty in coping. As enjoyable as life can be, our lives can oftentimes be very stressful and sources of unhappiness for all of us.

I understand the importance of personal happiness and self worth, a feeling of encouragement, a sense of belonging, the feeling of closeness and connection with our family, friends and loved ones. I also understand the importance of relationships in our lives and interacting with our family, friends, and loved ones in a positive way, the importance of feeling understood, and of developing a better understanding of ourselves.

In my practice, I work very hard at creating a safe, comfortable, and caring environment and in developing a close and strong therapeutic relationship. I look forward to collaborating with you as an individual, couple or family in developing personal goals for growth and change and in helping you in adapting and responding to changes in your life.
